Fraikin: European Corporate Securitization Deal of the Year
On January 26th 2005, Fraikin was awarded with the "European Corporate Securitization Deal of the Year" by the International Securitization Report (ISR) for their whole business securitization refinancement operation of July 2004. This award underscores the innovative character of the operation, which represents the first whole business securitization carried out in France, and which allowed Fraikin to secure its financing for a total Eur 600 millions at attractive conditions.
