• Creation of two companies
specialized in consulting in Europe:
Leonardo & Co. BV, in Amsterdam,
and Leonardo Asesores Financiero
SA, in Madrid. • Acquisition of an additional 16.5% in the capital of DNCA Finance SA, a French asset management company (€3.5 billion of assets under management), which raises the Group’s stake to 67% of the capital. • €8.3 billion of assets under management (49% in Italy and 51% in France), of which approximately €0.4 billion in direct deposits, €5.7 billion in managed funds and €2.2 billion in administrated portfolio. |
