In 2007, Eurazeo created Eurazeo Partners, a €500 million fund that allows key partners to invest directly alongside Eurazeo. The creation of this fund marks Eurazeo’s fi rst step in its expansion into the fi eld of third-party fund management.

This fi rst fund allows Eurazeo to increase its investment capacity by 20%, receive an annual management fee of 2% and get up to 20% of the capital gains generated by the fund.
Eurazeo Partners uses standard and transparent mechanisms: the fund can participate up to 16.67% (20/120th) in each new Eurazeo private equity investment. Depending on the size of each transaction, the fund’s partners may make an additional direct co-investment.
As of December 31, 2009, Eurazeo Partners had made seven investments. The partners had also participated for nearly €50 million in three co-investments: Europcar, Elis and Accor.
